Ladies Boxing Classes – No booking required, please drop in
Open to all women – in particular beginners and intermediates and incorporate all aspects of boxing (excluding actual contact sparring)
The boxing classes, which are one hour in duration, comprise of conditioning, technique, pad work, circuits and cardio.
The classes are designed to improve overall fitness levels, lose weight and feel great – FAST
