Tickets:

All ticket sales are final. We cannot offer any exchanges or refunds so its really important to double check all the event details and make sure that you are 100% happy before going ahead and booking your tickets.

No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace tickets that have been lost or stolen after they have been delivered to you, and nor will such tickets be refunded.

If it becomes impractical to post tickets out, due to the proximity of the event or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to make tickets available for collection at the venue, immediatley prior to the event.  Customers will be advised by phone or email (using the details provided at the time of ordering) if this becomes necessary.

You agree that unlawful resale of tickets is grounds for seizure and cancellation without refund. You agree that a ticket shall not be used for commercial purposes, including, but not limited to advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless the Event Promote and Sales Agent give prior written authorization.

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If an event is cancelled, you will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price.
